HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
The delivery time consists of two parts:

Processing Time (3–7 business days):
Order confirmation, customization, quality check, packaging.
Within 12–24 hours of placing your order, it will be reviewed and approved. Once approved in our system, production is instructed to perform a final quality check and prepare the shipment.

Shipping Time (approx. 7–20 business days depending on country):
Shipping is handled by DHL or Yunexpress.
Once the item has been picked up from the warehouse, the estimated delivery times are:

During peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or Valentine’s Day, delays may occur.
WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?
Currently, we offer free standard shipping to Austria, Germany, and Switzerland.
You can also choose:

Premium Shipping with tracking number – €2.90

Insured Premium Shipping with tracking number (insurance against theft, loss, or damage) – €4.90
WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
Once your package is packed, it is handed over to the shipping provider, and you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Due to logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in partial deliveries.
