Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Within 24 hours after placing your order, it will be reviewed and approved. Once the order has been approved in our system, production is instructed to perform a final quality check and packaging. From that moment on, the order can no longer be canceled and the package must be returned to us.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately after the package has arrived at our facility.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

The goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

If the return is caused by the customer, the customer should bear the return shipping costs. The exact fee should be determined by the shipping provider selected.
If the return is due to our fault (e.g., the received goods are damaged or incorrect), the customer is not obligated to pay return shipping fees.

Discount Calculation

If you return an item that is part of a volume discount offer (e.g., two or more items), the refunded amount will be based on the remaining cost of the items in the offer.
This means the item you keep will be treated as full price, and the refund will reflect the remainder of the discounted bundle.
For example, if you bought two items and received a 10% discount on the entire order, and you return one item, you must pay the full price for the item you keep.

Unfortunately, due to recent abuse of our volume discount system, we must protect ourselves with this clause.
Your right of withdrawal remains unaffected for all products.

Special Offer 2+1 Free

If you return only one item from a "Buy 2, Get 1 Free" promotion, there will be no refund.
If you return two items, one item will be refunded.
